Welcome to the Dinner Club
At the Dinner Club we believe strongly in well prepared and great quality seasonal ingredients.
Our Restaurant is a true Chefs Table built in the style of a bar where you sit around the kitchen and are served directly by the Chef himself. With only fourteen seats and just one sitting per night the quality of both the food and service are the center of our attention, ensuring the guest is always in focus.
On Wednesdays and Thursdays we serve a 5 course dinner which is a mixture of larger sized dishes from our 10 course menu, New dishes designed for future menus and dished composed with hard to find or short seasoned ingredients.
On Fridays and Saturdays we serve exclusively our 10 course tasting menu the menu changes with the season and on average one or two dishes will change every week.
As a small restaurant we serve only set menus and to ensure that we meet the highest standard that we can deliver we are unable to accommodate any allergies, dislikes or special dietary requirements.
31 year old Stefan Taylor grew up in Edinburgh, Scotland and has since then traveled around Europe living and in multiple countries including Switzerland, England and Guernsey. He has trained in all areas of the kitchen in a variety of Restaurants from high end bars to Michelin Star level.
