In 2016 I started the pop-up restaurant Dinner Club, Our events quickly became popular and in 2018 it evolved from a Pop-up concept to a full time restaurant.

In March 2019 Dinner Club became one of the Swedish White Guides highest rated restaurants in Västmanland. I decided it was time to take my counter dining concept to the next level and built a brand new restaurant in the Kopparlunden area of Västerås.


After the relocation of Dinner Club I now operate under new name of Restaurant Essence.
